Your Free Personal Training Taster Session in Swansea

Choosing the right personal trainer that aligns with your personality and learning styles can be challenging for anyone  just starting their personal training journey towards improved health and fitness.  We so often hear of people jumping straight into signing up with a personal trainer through a simple online search, part with their hard earned cash and within 5 or 10 mins of the session realise  there’s very little rapport or compatibility between them and the trainer. 

Here at Swansea Strength & Conditioning we never want to see anyone experiencing this, hence the reason why we offer every new potential client a FREE 30 minute taster session. Our Free taster session not only gives people the opportunity to make sure we’re the right fit for them but also allows them to get their training started straight away as well as have some fun learning some potential new training exercises.

Our Free taster session can include any of the different training session services we offer our clients i.e. Strength and Conditioning, Injury Rehabilitation & Personal Training.
