  • Hands positioned slightly wider than shoulder width apart.

  • Press through chest muscles.

  • Keep back flat on bench.

Exercise Coaching Points 

  • Keep core muscles braced during the exercise.

  • Raise both arms at the same rate.

Exercise Coaching Points 

  • Ensure glutes are raises off the floor throughout the entire movement.

  • Have to apply force down into the floor as well as pulling the discs back towards your glutes at the same time and intensity.

Double Legged Box Jumps

Exercise Coaching Points 

  • Keep torso upright and core braced.

  • Aim for knee to get as close to the floor as possible without touching.

  • Drive arms down and partially squat down at the same time, then explosively jump and swing arms up at the same time.
  • Push through glutes and quads on upwards phase.
